Do you offer teletherapy only?

Yes! At this time, I only offer teletherapy through a secure telehealth platform.

How do I pay for my sessions?

I have a list of insurances I am in network with and I do private pay. I am in network in the following insurances: Aetna, United Health Optum, Oscar Health, Oxford, Cigna, and United Medical Resources (UMR). All transactions can be done via credit card, Venmo or Zelle.

How frequent are therapy sessions?

Normally, therapy sessions are weekly for 60 mins. I am flexible and can discuss if you need to meet less frequently or need an emergency session.

What’s your cancellation policy?

I require a 24 hour cancellation notice. If you do not cancel prior to the 24 hours, there will be a charge for the full session. Obviously, in cases of emergencies, we can discuss further changes.
